We want you to feel confident ordering from Living Water Trading Company. Because we offer both made-to-order and curated items, our return policy depends on the type of product purchased.

Custom Apparel
Custom apparel items are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons such as incorrect size, color choice, or preference. If your item arrives damaged or there is an error with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Curated Pre-Owned
Curated pre-owned items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are in the same condition as received. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was misrepresented.
