We offer two types of products, each with different processing times.

Custom Apparel
Custom apparel items are made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing before your order ships. Once shipped, delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Curated Pre-Owned
Curated pre-owned items are already in hand and typically ship within 1–2 business days after purchase.

Additional information
• Processing times do not include transit time
• Orders containing both custom apparel and pre-owned items will ship separately
• You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships
